Joshua Cheifetz

Joshua Cheifetz is a partner at Cheifetz Business Law LLP in Windsor, Ontario. He is called to the bar in Ontario (2013), Michigan (2012) and the District of Columbia (2013). He advises entrepreneurs, business owners and corporations on corporate structuring, tax planning, real estate transactions, estate planning, and mergers and acquisitions. His admissions in three jurisdictions are relevant to clients doing business in the Windsor–Detroit corridor.

Before law, Joshua completed Western University's combined Engineering and Business program, earning an HBA from the Ivey Business School and a BESc in Integrated Engineering. He holds an LL.B. from the University of Windsor and a J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. He has also completed CPA Canada's In-Depth Tax Course and the Osgoode Intensive Program in Wills and Estates.
